New contract pay monthly extra charges

I took out a contract and paid the 30 asked then told I have 20 to pay from a previous bill so I paid that .. not a week later I have to pay 81 how does that work? A 50 pound service charge has been added that's alot of money to pay out in a week! Surely can't be right?

The £50 extra will probably be a refundable deposit against roaming. Ask for it back if you don't intend to go roaming.
