Be sport cannot find postcode

When trying tie register for BT sport, which I have as an add on, the BT website recognises my phone number but can not find my postcode. Frustrating as I want to watch the champions league. As anyone experienced this? Upgraded my phone and contract about 3 weeks ago.

Are you using the postcode we have registered for you? 

You can check your address details in your My EE account 🙂

The above may solve your issue, but if it does not, is the address a new build property?

Does the Royal Mail Postcode Finder agree on what your postcode is?
