iPhone 13 Pro Delay

Hi Guys,

 

I placed an order an hour after the iPhone 13 Pro was released and I have made payment via PayPal and I also have a confirmation email to say my order has been placed, it’s now been 4 days and I haven’t had an update. I appreciate it is an brand new phone and to expect delays but I can’t find any article to explain how long the delay will be and when I can roughly expect a delivery. Could somebody please help me out with this?

It’s not out until Friday. We’re all in the same boat! If you got the preorder in when it said expected on release date you should see an update by Thursday evening to say it’s been despatched.

I will be expecting an update on the pre order if it indeed is delayed.

 

id surely think that Apple will be corresponding with all its outlets for the devices on delays etc, EE will be no different.

@Rustyintech91 ,You can always keep an eye out by taking a look on Apple’s website, but it will also depend when you pre-ordered and how many before you and how many EE and all other companies receive, size, colour and model, also pay a roll. This always happens, and with the pandemic, this will depend whether Apple have received enough components etc. This happens with all makes and every time a new product is out, unfortunately.

I pre-ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max by phoning 150 the morning pre-orders went live (scheduled to go live 1pm but they took my order first thing) and then yesterday (when it was scheduled to be delivered) received a text in the afternoon to say the phone was delayed by up to 2 weeks and given £50 credit

I pre ordered Thursday still no update for mine im realise it’s gunna be a serious delay in being sent out

Check forum iphone 13 deliveries for more up to date community updates. Unfortunately no pre orders on Pro Max have been fulfilled by EE so far.

🙄they haven’t got a date either on when their going to have stock! First problem I’m had with ee & it seams like they don’t have a clue what’s happening from speaking to the agents
