Call issue

When making a call that fails my phone goes to a black screen and doesn't recover for around 2 minutes, it's very frustrating.

Does this only happen when calls drop? How about when you hang up a call normally?

What phone do you have?

Hi I have an iPhone 12, happens if I drop the call as when as when the receiver does, just a black screen.
