Upgraded my Tariff, but my add-on has kicked me out, saying not eligible.

I am.

I was before.

 

Any ideas gratefully received.

I or more specifically customer service  had loads of problems adding the large screen back on after an upgrade. After 45 mins on the phone to customer service it finally got sorted - might just have to bite the bullet and call.

Made the call... and 22 minutes later they are sending up the line to someone who might know how to help.

So glad I specifically stated that I wanted NO CHANGES from the current set up, because it always, always c*cks up! Grrr!
