BT HOME PREMIUM TWIN HANDSET - ADD TO PLAN

Im trying to add a bt home premium twin handset to my mobile plan, but it keeps kicking out of the website on my laptop. can anyone help

@Mikeeymike69   You have to be in the first 17 months of your contract to use the add to plan shop. If you are try clearing your browser history and cookies and try again.
