Hi I ordered the Samsung s20 ultra in grey, paid the upfront price and got an order successful email, and then a tracking number. When I check the online tracking it says awaiting delivery date confirmation. Its been days now, is there a problem with my order or is the phone not actually in stock even though it says it is?

Really sorry to hear this @Gru88, I know it's frustrating when you're excited about a new device. All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
When your device is ready for delivery, this will be updated in the online order track. You will then receive further information from DPD regarding delivery times.
