I have received notification that data allowances are being reviewed and increased.
With previous increases I was not advised and it was only by random chance that I discovered that the Data Allowance had not just increased once but three times since I first signed on.
Fortunately I did not loose the extra awards to minutes and data as I had to effectively restart my £10/month account to be availed of the then 4Gb limit.
What is the mechanism that EE uses to advise PAYG customers that the benefits of using said tariff have changed and why wasn't it used until I was embarrassed for data and had to be shocked that I had been stuck with an old deal?
Can I be assured that any Allowance increases will be applied to my PAYG plan without having to pursue it?

Hi from EE. It's a great time to pick a pay as you go pack - they're bursting with more data than ever before, giving you better allowances and amazing value.

You will probably need to re-buy a pack rather than let it auto renew.
