Hi,
I currently have the following mobile data plan: EE SIM Promo 12m 20GB £21 which is 12 months long and expired on the 17 October 2019. Why am I still being charged for the service if it expired? Is there anyway I could opt out of the current data plan and change data plans since mine already expired? Thanks.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade. You may now upgrade to a cheaper plan of your choice with less data.
