I have noticed since swappables became "Smart Benefit" I no longer have the option to change my swappable. It is set to BT Sport (previous selection) and everything else is greyed out and can not be selected

If you have changed your smart benefit previously, when did you last change this?

What's interesting is any mention of swapping benefits seems to have been removed from the EE web site and the wording makes it sound like you just pick at time of ordering and that's it.

Swapped my swappable in March 20 to Amazon then swapped it back to BT in may 2020

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can change this to the correct benefit for you.

But why can't I swop it through the App like I used to. And why has this NOT been communicated if it is No longer available

Can you try texting 'Pick' to 150 as let me know what response you get?

As stated above can somebody at EE please explain why the wording has Beene changed from swappable to smart. Are they scrapping the swappable aspect of the benefits ?

Don't worry Smart Benefits can be swapped, and at the moment we have no plans to change that.

does that include all smart plans. As I’m interested in going for the £25 smart plan at 20pgb interment
