I have had Apple music on my previous Galaxy phone and now on my new one. Today I encountered a problem where all the music I had downloaded to my phone was gone, everything deleted. I then tried to download the music I wanted again but it will not download at all, I just get the spinning circle at the top of the screen. I have tried 2 different Wifi connections and even just using data connection but nothing works.
Anyone have an idea on what to do?

@Biggsy68 Close the app fully and then turn off the device wait 30 seconds then restart the device and try again to download the music.

Tried that and it didn't work. It will let download songs individually from an album but not let download the whole album as one. This is very confusing because I've never had a problem with it over the last 4 years I have been using it.
Edit: I think I have sorted it. This is going to sound really strange but I had turned on Dolby Atmos in the settings and somehow this is when the problem started. As soon as I turned Atmos off I was able to download again. Very strange behaviour.

@Biggsy68 I'm glad you got this all sorted.
I agree that is strange, it may be worth reporting this to Apple to see if they're aware of it.
Thanks
