Hello,
I have pre order the apple watch series 7 aluminium green on 8th of October 13:40pm I’ve got the confirmation order email but haven’t got any updates for delivery. When I pre order it says delivery on launch day. Phoned 150 they said they have the watch in warehouse. Does anyone had any updated with delivery?

You aren't alone, there's another large thread where a lot of us have been completely left in the dark about our watches and have no idea when we will get them.

@adamtj21 you’ve been left in the dark as nothing hasn’t been allocated to you so you will have a tracking number or any information about it as they can’t give you something when nothing to be allocated to you.
Let’s just say EE get 10 watches of one model type and you the 11th customer of the model type how do they give you the tracking information about watch that cannot be given to you and EE don’t know when they’re going to get another batch for the watch type that you ordered.

@Chris_B I understand how stock works , simply saying that the communication has been poor. You'd at least expect some sort of "there has been a delay with your item" message.

@adamtj21 Why ? you as never told you’ll get it on any set day, there is no delay with your order and your assumption you’ll get it on release day was your assumption. You can not expect every seller of these to have all the stock they need for every customer that ordered the watch of the model type that was ordered before release day to be sent out. Apple can not provide or produce that many to meet that demand for any launch day. EE are not the only UK seller and the UK isn’t the only country that was a release country. How many watches do you think Apple needs to make to meet the demand of preorders for launch day world wide.

Is anyone still waiting for their watch? Pre ordered mine on the 8th October at 1pm. Was advertised I would get it the following Friday. Sold my current watch. Then the following Friday I phoned up and they said they don’t have the stock (yet they don’t tell you that when you’re ordering it). Then received an update saying will be with me by the 12th November. The time was then pushed forward to the 6th November. Now tracking just keeps showing delivery in 24hours. Every Saturday at 11am I get an update saying my watch will be with me soon and they date it gives is last month. I have never experienced such shoddy updates and customer service. All EE do is blame Apple. They need to ask and find out exactly when they’re getting the stock from them. I don’t understand how that’s so difficult. Apple will have some sort of a time frame. But 6 weeks later is disgraceful and the options they give you are to just cancel or chose the aluminium one. DON’T advertise to a customer to pre order a product, say that it will be delivered on release day and then not let your customers know until a week later when they’re the ones asking you where their item is.
