Has anyone had movement on their watch order yet? I ordered just after 1pm on the pre order day but still is sitting at “awaiting confirmation” SS graphite 45mm

First experience in years having a device from EE

Never again.

No info at all. Completely opaque.

Quick enough to sign you up.

Extremely disappointed with EE. I pre-ordered Apple Watch 7 SS last Friday. The app has been down for me most of today so haven’t even been able to access information and now it’s back on there is still no delivery information. So basically I have no idea if it is coming tomorrow or in 28 days time. Will also be cancelling my order if I don’t get a delivery tomorrow. Will order direct from Apple in future as they give a delivery date at the point of ordering. Bit worrying EE is a communications company yet cannot communicate with its customers!

Well launch day arrived and no updates.

Called EE and told 28 days.

I told them to cancel upgrade and was put through to a specialist team who can only say its Apples fault.

It was clearly on EE website to expect on Launch Day, the reason I chose that model (Graphite SS45).

Would have been common decency to update customers and have the integrity to admit they were in error and not blame Apple.

Having been offered several options, I insisted to cancel and have now secured a SS Silver 45mm from John Lewis, delivery tomorrow. (The one I actually wanted!)

EE - what a waste of time.

No notifications. Phone 150.

CS lady tells me it's waiting to be dispatched and I'll get it today.

This is such **bleep**. Phone back, different, extremely condescending CS

28 days. Apple's fault.

I want to cancel.

It's Apple's fault.

So why haven't I as the punter been informed?

Apple's fault.

What, that you can tell me my delivery isn't happening, that the previous CS lied to me and that you can't keep your customers informed like just about every other provider?

Never again.

Shipping out of EE totally, they can **bleep**.

Meanwhile, ordered from John Lewis without issue.

Absolutely nothing on my end in terms of updates today from EE or DPD, so I guess I'm not getting my watch today. It's a bit crap as I was presented the option on pre order day like it was available for launch. What a waste of time, I could have just ordered from elsewhere over the past week if I'd have known that this would be the outcome with EE.

No idea if mine is coming. I’ve no DPD tracking but my contract dates have changed to starting yesterday and my plan has changed so I’m taking these as good signs

Though the plan change introduces another issue as I seem to have been put on a family plan rather than a personal plan so guessing I’ll have to call up when it arrives to fix that

I'm having the exact same issue. Unacceptable really, I've booked the day off work to receive it as well.

spoke to them again today and have been told 28 days, anytime, 14 days and when i was going to cancel they said it still might arrive? like you cannot tell me if its been dispatched?

bit of a let down after specifically ordering to get it on launch day

Exactly the same for me. Pre-ordered at the right time last week and the website said expect launch day. No updates at all. Phone them to then be hung up on cause he didn’t like me challenging him. Apples fault, keep referring to the stock. DONT ADVERTISE IT AS LAUNCH DAY IF THAT ISNT THE CASE THEN! This exact same thing happened last year with my S6. Yet the iPhone I had no problem. STOP BLAMING APPLE!
