Hi, it was a really weird call, telling about direct acquisitions, saying digital sales said it wouldn’t be posted, suggesting I transfer my partners mobile number over to my account so the watch could be dispatched ! Such dramatic options, after being on hold for 30 mins being told the manager said he can’t alter EE credit score and if he did he would be taken to court etc etc, all this and then at 1 hour and 55 mins, the agent called someone else to find out the cheapest Sim only contract to enable the watch to be posted, came back to me and said oh sorry, actually it will be posted, digital sales gave me the wrong information.
So literally the biggest xxxxxx I’ve ever had on the phone to a company such as this, so in the end the phone call was pointless and the watch will be posted, unfortunately still no delivery date, just for a generic update yesterday saying the order is on track, considering the foolishness I had to endure I would have expected a speeded up delivery but it is what it is, thanks for asking
