Has anyone received their Stainless steel series 6 apple watch yet? Still waiting on mine ordered on 17th September 😩

Haha... no watch here. I ordered on the morning of the 18th and ive had 4 of those “on track” texts. Its becoming laughable now.

So anyone else notice the site is showing these now as in stock and despatched within a day? Probably a screw up given the farce this launch has been with EE.

Good spot - just noticed that on my end too. Looking forward to hearing EE staff deny all knowledge tomorrow and the site update to another pointless statement.

Yep sure enough just got off the phone with them and the response from the sales team was :

 

"yeah not sure what's going on, our website is crap frankly, not sure what they're doing"

 

Anyone ordering one as of today is being told 21 days minimum wait, for those of us with an existing order? well, throw a dart on a calendar and see what date you land on at this point.

 

UK's biggest network L-O-L

 

Maybe spend less money on Kevin Bacon ad's and more on getting website staff trained? Just a suggestion.

Beggars belief doesn’t it? How can the sales team be so completely cut off from any kind of information on stock or supply. Or completely unable to escalate to get an answer.

I spoke to someone this morning and from what I can understand there may be a delay between stock arriving, and therefore being marked on site as available, and the sales team actual available stock.
