Apple Watch delivery

Hi, I ordered my Apple Watch SE on Thursday 17th Sept and still to now have no delivery information just order confirmation. Spoke to EE 3 times, my order was cancelled once for some reason and re-ordered so I was bumped back down the queue. I last spoke to EE on Wednesday who said it was coming into stock on the Thursday but yet still no delivery info for me!! Anyone have any advice? Thanks!

@Janice14  EE are waiting on Apple to ship more for them to send out and  If you got pushed down the Q you’ll have to wait longer,  EE are not the only seller waiting on Apple to ship more to them. Nothing can be done to get the device to you any sooner it’s a case on waiting until one can be allocated to you to send to you.

I had the same issue, I ordered online then got a phone call from EE telling me there was an error and had to be on a phone for 20 minutes plus 10 on hold to reorder it with the right department.

Thanks for your reply! Are you still waiting for the watch too? When I last spoke to them on Wednesday they said a delivery was coming in Thursday and he even said I’d have it by Monday/Tuesday next week. But still do dispatched details. Very frustrating.

I have a similar problem. Ordered my stainless steel series 6 Apple Watch on Thursday and not heard anything back yet. Now it’s saying on the website there is none in stock and waiting on the supplier giving them more. Don’t have any idea when I’ll receive mine. 

You honestly think EE could be a little more organised in themselves understanding that for the sales opening that they'd have ample stock in or at least for them to say for certain or not whether they do not have stock.

Apple Watch Series 6 back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Apple.
 
You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.

I’m waiting on an SE not series 6.... when I last spoke to one of your colleagues they said it would be with me Monday (tomorrow) or Tuesday latest. Although I appreciate I wouldn’t have a dpd text until the day of delivery probably, I would have thought my order info would have been updated to from ‘order confirmed’ if it was indeed due to arrive tomorrow. 

I also appreciate it is based on a first come first served basis, but as you’ll see in my original post for some reason someone from ee cancelled my order then re-ordered it. Pushing me back down the queue. I wasn’t made aware of this until I contacted ee myself not the other way around. 

I read through a few posts on here before deciding to post my issue (recurring theme with most posts) I think customer service have let themselves down on this occasion with false promises to customers.

Totally agree. I think they’ve really let themselves down with false promises to customers.

It’s such a shame. EE are usually very good but i think looking at many posts on here, they have caused a lot of frustration and disappointment to their customers.
