Apple just announced series 6 available 18th in UK
nothing showing on EE yet , still advertising the series 5 🤦🏽♂️
Any news on when we will be able to order and pricing EE?

I suspect this is more likely to be due to Apple rather than EE. The Apple retail stores no doubt had priority over stock. In fairness, when I ordered over the phone I was advised that delivery would be up to 28 days but hopefully sooner. Not sure what stock the EE stores have, would be disappointing if stock is sitting in stores with online orders outstanding.
The lead times ordering online from Apple are showing 2-3 October, so no doubt it will be by then.
I do agree the EE order management system isn't the greatest, the confirmation text messages by default are set to be sent to device number and therefore not received it's a watch. The number for the notifications have to be changed at point of order and as I have found can't be retrospectively amended or resent. Don't understand why I isn't just made visible as an open order on My EE.
Hopefully Apple ship into whichever distributor EE use soon, I was hoping they'd be sent out today.

John Lewis and AO.com both had stock of the Stainless Steel models, which I would have taken advantage of if EE had been honest about not having any stock. Its the dishonesty from customer services which is annoying, I've now had:

I feel duped myself. I ordered mine after seeing the SS was ‘available’!!!
the guy i spoke with on the phone said i “would have it within a couple of days as it was coming to the weekend”. My order is still showing as ‘order confirmed’
But it looks like all of us who ordered the stainless steel model are going to wait a while. Ive had an Apple watch since day one and this is the first time i opted for the SS model. What a mess!!

I ordered my SS 44mm last Thursday and still on the "Awaiting confirmation" stage. EE seem to be unable to update me on this, but I can order and pickup from an Apple Store today! Great customer service!!

@mrsarcysean , that is down to EE not receiving supplies from Apple, not EE’s fault, but as soon as they receive stock will be delivered on a first come first served basis, so if they have them in stock, you will be notified the evening before and on the day, a time delivery of one hour window, which you can change to suit you although you may have to change the date then.
You may want to ring customer service to check when you can expect delivery, otherwise you can cancel and get it from Apple if you so wish.

I tried to ring customer service today. Four times i get cut off after being on hold for over 15 minutes. Twice i get to the point where i have to do other things after being on hold over 25 minutes.
i just want to get a simple update on my order. An update on the ee website would suffice.

And why does the SS continue to say its ‘in stock’? And also say, we’ll deliver to you as soon as we get stock.... isn’t that an oxymoron?
