Hi, I recently ordered an Apple Watch 6 online as an upgrade to an older watch plan. In short, DPD couldn't deliver. DPD took that watch back to EE. I cancelled the plan - no watch - so why wouldn't I? Today EE send me a return letter asking me to send a phone (not a watch) to Sunderland.
A bad experience form start to almost end.
