I have a newly refurbed I phone 7 . All good until after short use it fails and "no service" is displayed. Various attempts to remedy problem as advised by EE tech team results in short time fix but problem reoccurs rendering the device useless.
Within settings mobile data advises error ! and update is required, EE have advised to reset network settings but that does not fix problem.
Is the problem within EE systems or my phone ?? Any ideas would be appreciated.

If it was bought from Amazon, it could have come from anywhere originally.
