I have a newly refurbed I phone 7 . All good until after short use it fails and "no service" is displayed. Various attempts to remedy problem as advised by EE tech team results in short time fix but problem reoccurs rendering the device useless.
Within settings mobile data advises error ! and update is required, EE have advised to reset network settings but that does not fix problem.
Is the problem within EE systems or my phone ?? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community.
It's difficult to explain exactly what's causing the problem. Have you had a replacement SIM at all? Or been able to try another SIM card in the phone for a while to see if you get the same problem?

Thanks for responding, Yes tried another sim (same network) but No Service still persists.
May try a Voda phone sim just in case.

Could you also check the service in your area please? Pop your postcode into our coverage checker to see what the coverage should be like.
If you hit the 'I have a problem' button, it'll let you know if anyone else has reported a problem in the area too.

Thanks for your input:- software IOS 14.3 (up to date). reset all settings but fault still "No Service"
I will try and find time to phone EE again today, but connection time is unacceptable.

After an hour speaking with EE tech dept today, we have exhausted all possible checks, updates, and reboots etc. turns out the refurbed phone was originally supplied to the American market and this is possibly ? the reason for No Service.
Phone to be returned to supplier Amazon.
