Hi there,

Placed my Pre-order and got a confirmation email with an XO number. However the one off-fee is yet to leave my bank. Should i worry?

Was an anytime upgrade but as over 12 months there was no fee, just a £50 handset fee. As I said have confirmation email but I’m worried now 😕

Apparently they can’t access of this currently. Naturally I’m concerned as have no idea if my order has gone through and nobody seems to be able to even find this out.
