App can't give me any tracking information

Hi. I ordered an iPad on Sunday. I have tried to track my order (xkoxxxxxxxxx) using the app but it tells me it does not have tracking information for my order.

Did the iPad show in stock when you placed your order?

 

Also, did you receive an email or text with confirmation of your order?

Hi Leanne.

Yes, it showed as in stock with dispatch within 24 hours. I also got an email confirmation of the order with a reference number.

I got through to a lovely lady who initially couldn't find my order. She eventually found it, it wasn't linked to my account. All sorted now.
