@Max369 I’ll be totally honest it’ll be longer a lot longer than you would like it to be. Don’t hold out for the same week and if your lucky it might be the following week.

If they do not resolve your complaint within 8 weeks or send you a deadlock letter you may escalate it to the ADR, Ombudsman Services.
