Anyone actually had 44mm series 6 stainless steel watch dispatched or delivered?

hi there I pre-ordered the 44mm apple watch series 6 stainless steel watch last Thursday morning, I was advised i t would be dispatched at some point this week as EE are just waiting for the stock to be sent to warehouse and I would get a text from DPD to inform me of dispatch. I have read many links on here were EE are informing us that as soon as they come in they will be sent out on a first come first service however is there anyone who has actually had a watch dispatched or delivered re the stainless steel version it would be interesting to know as EE has not at all said that any have been sent as yet. so if anyone or EE could let us all know that would be great as o2 is stating a 6 week league time on their website yet EE are still contradicting themselves by saying in stock but will be sent out when stock arrives from supplier so to me that is not in stock why cant EE be honest and say this and actually tell us what on earth the delay is due to re why they still have no stock. EE please give is more helpful details rather than a generic answer as we are all becoming more infuriated at the situation. not at all good service and very disappointed.

@Jnosteo   If EE don’t have stock I can tell you why they don’t and why there is a delay.  EE are waiting on Apple to send them. If demand is high for the SS not just on EE but all outlets that sell this device then unfortunately you’ll have to be patient as EE are not the only ones wanting on Apple to ship the SS version of the watch.

I appreciate that however don’t say it’s in stock when it’s not. And also don’t say will be next week to me last week when it’s not. I was told that 7 days from ordering will be Monday now so I’m sure Monday will come and go and no DPD text. As I said I doubt that anyone has had the watch dispatched or delivered. It would be interesting to know if anyone has. They should say pre order available however possibly not dispatched for a few weeks. And Also should say not in stock as awaiting stock. Bad wording to be honest. And email updates would also be nice just to let customers who have preordered know of the situation from apple re supply.

Looking at the Apple Store, you can get a SS Series 6 delivered by October 9th, this is down from the 23rd. So I would guess going off that EE will get stock and we should all get our SS Apple watches within the next week or two.

Using the Apple store gives you a pretty good idea of the UK stock levels.

We can but hope. Fingers crossed. But I think EE need to have a word with the gutsy hat deal with the website ana to either drop pre ordering or change it to no stock but will be available once stock is received. Thanks for your insight I noticed that yesterday also on apple site but time will tell.

Yeah their statuses do need standardising as the can be a bit confusing or conflicting. 

hopefully someone will feed this back - don’t hold ya breath though.
