I ordered a new upgrade phone a few days ago but no confirmation email came through. I have checked spam folder. Money for phone taken, upgrade option on account now disappeared so I’m guessing it has gone through, but no confirmation received. I can’t get through by phone, chat etc. I’m at a loose end with no phone
