Amazon echo

Hi I ordered an Amazon echo dot as part of an add to plan. It's saying on dpd that it's being returned to consigner. Could you help me with this please

@Lilmisslj  if it says it’s been returned then no one was there to take delivery of the item.   You’ll have to call customer services about this.
