Amazon Fire Tablet no longer finds 4GEE WIFI to connect too

Amazon Fire Tablet no longer finds 4GEE WIFI to connect too. all my other devices find the 4GEE wifi and connect but report the security as weak. Up until September No problems on any device, now mobile connection keeps dropping out, Fire Tablet can not find the Wifi network to connect to and the connection is reported as being weak security.

Have you tried deleting the network from your tablet, then restarting both devices?

Thanks for coming back to us. 

 

Can you try and find the 4GEE WiFi device when you have no other device connected to the WiFi, does this show as available?

4GEE device does not show, although neighbours network 100 yards away does. Talk talk ,sky, bt, vodaphone , 3 mobile, but no 4GEE. IPad detects and connects but keeps dropping out on EE bars.
