I rung a week ago and sorted my upgrade, the man on the phone said it would be here within the week. However I am yet to get the phone but I also have not heard from EE since, not even an email or text to confirm the upgrade? Is this normal?

same here upgraded last sunday and haven't heard anything since no email or text and can't even load my new plan details on my account.

I think it was the grey and not sure on the memory size I wasn't told. It was the deal with unlimited texts and calls and 100gb data at £41 per month

it was probably the 128gb model as that's the 1 i'm waiting for. was told delivery within 7 days and that was last sunday so expecting delivery soon.
