I would like to say a big big thanks to someone that help me today with my enquiries, I had an issue with my phone that I could not fix, it was hard for me also for the person that help me, but she was super patient and went above and beyond stayed with me until the problem was resolve, it toke time, it was my mistake but she was truly amazing, she said, I don’t know how but wait let me see, after she tried everything possible and impossible, call for help researched and her colleagues with more experience even then had give her the same if more she had already tried so she did not ask me to do the same procedure again she try something else but at the end she was able to succeed, amazingly while she was explaining it was as if I was there next to her looking at her pc search together, this person truly is a great asset for the EE team I don’t know her name I asked her to send me a survey she said no need she really happy to help me and that is what makes her day, WOW 😮 she did not want any recognition, no medal nothing for her my satisfaction is all that makes her happy, how can I get EE to let her know that she is truly amazing.
