Am I doing something wrong ?

I have been a customer of ee since orange was a thing ! Have expressed an interest in all of the options for PlayStation 5s numerous times over the course of 4 weeks on a daily basis and have had no e mail or feedback ? Am I missing something is there something I should be doing ?

You won't get any email until it's back in stock.

And currently it's out of stock.

If it's anything like the Xbox Series X there won't be any stock until February most likely.

I understand,  however within the last 4 weeks I have seen so many people who have ordered stock etc but still not received any notifications of any kind so just making sure I’m not missing anything. Thankyou for your reply 😁

@Mel57 The ordering system on a lot of products and promotions have been totally messed up. This has happened on the LG TV, Switch etc etc etc

Unless you ordered early enough when they had stock, then you have zero chance of getting a PS5 before Christmas.

If you was given a time frame, such as we were on the TV's and you are near your due date, then start pestering EE to find out where your order is.

With the TV offer, it was only because we started contacting customer services, that we are starting to see our orders actually being delivered. The chances are if we had not started complaining, then I bet we would have not received anything.

I would hazard a guess that you will not see any PS5, Xbox X stock until at least mid January. All what you need to do is look at Argos, Curry's etc etc and you will see that they have no stock, so the chances of a mobile phone company getting stock in are zero.

I found out that Santa was a myth when I was 24.

I still believe in the Easter bunny and the tooth fairy, I know that they are real 😉

Sadly the stock went very fast this year, I was going to order an Xbox X on day one, and I was on the website from 7am to 8am when they opened. As soon as I got to the front of the queue, the website crashed, and I could not place an order, this was on the game website. 

You are better off waiting as there have been quite a few reports of issues with the consoles not working properly, crashing, fan noise etc etc.
