Allowance Query

We have just signed up for an EE plan for 100gb per month before the 11th of this month, which is when our allowances usually change. On the 11th I checked the usage on the new device - it still gave the 11th as our new allowance date. I presumed that the allowance would have reset to 100gb but it had gone to 93gb. As far as we are aware we certainly had not used 7gb since 12.00M. Any advice would be appreciated.

Your plan and allowance would usually change on your bill date when your allowance resets every month.

 

If you plan is showing as active but your not sure how the allowance has been used, you can can get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will be able to access and view your account details.
