Additional line order

Hi I ordered an additional line on the 1st received an email saying order being processed but now nothing there was an upfront cost and I’ve checked my bank and it hasn’t taken it out any help

Was the device in stock?

 

The payment will be taken once your order has been processed and you will receive another email from us.

 

DPD will also send you a text message the day before your phone is going to be delivered.


If you would like your order looked into, please give us a call on 150 our Mobile Care team will be happy to check this for you 🙂
