Hi does anyone know how to fix this. So because I ported my phone number over from 3. When I go on my phone settings the number is the EE number on the sim not my number that was ported over. Therefore my smart watch says it can't connect. Anyone know how to fix this?

When did your number transfer from the other network?
Are you able to change the number within your phone settings?

My contract started on the 13th July so I think it was a few days later it ported over.
I can't change the number in my settings.

In this case, I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and our Tech Gurus will get this looked into for you 🙂
