Hello. I was informed on my EE that I'm due an upgrade. So on Friday the 31st I chose a new phone and plan. I did get an email stating its been placed. Then I got a phone call from you telling me I was due also. So when I spoke to the operator he didn't seem to know about it. If I log into my EE now. It still tells me I'm due an upgrade? So it seems I can still choose a new plan and phone, is this normal?

Just to add it was the Xperia 5 I ordered. It said its still in stock at the time

Once the order has been processed you will receive another email from us, your My EE account will be updated once your phone has been dispatched.
To get an update on your order I would suggest giving us another call on 150, the team will be able to check this has gone through for you.
