I have ordered another phone on my current contract and was directed to the order confirmation page once my payment had gone through. Since then I have received no email or text confirmation, Is this normal?

@kaygazwilliams You should of got a confirmation email, I’ll give customer services a call to find out if the order went through.

I agree with @Chris_B, you should have had a confirmation email or text for your order.
Did you manage to speak with our customer service team about this?
They will be able to check your order for you and give you an update.
