Add a new number to share data

I have a portable modem which I can share data from & gift to family members who use EE. The only number I have been able to enter on the app is my own. How do I add other numbers ?

Are you all under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG? You need to be to be able to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
