Activation sim

I bought I EE sim, put in my phone and pay package 20 Pounds . Still cant make call, showing balance 0 . But i received sms that my payment is successful

@Snikoghosyan  Your balance will be 0 if you purchased a pack.  Text AL to 150 to see what allowance you do have. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks a lot. I have done and its showing balance 0. In fact I paid 40 pounds for pack and another 10 for pop up. How to activate and make call?

@Snikoghosyan : PAYG SIMs don't need activation unless you are outside UK. Are you?

 

What is rest of AL response verbatim after Balance = 0?
