Activating sim

Hi

 

I upgraded to a new phone yesterday. I activated my new sim card however it does not appear to be activated.

 

The old sim card in my previous phobe has since deactivated.

 

What do I do as I have no working phone line please.

when I entered the serial number,  i forgot to include the last two digits in brackets.

It can take up to 24 hours for your new SIM to be activated.

 

If it has been over 24 hours please restart your phone. If this doesn't help, please get in touch with Customer Care.
