Account suspended

Hello, for some reason my mobile account has been suspended. I paid the outstanding bill a couple of days ago and for some reason my account is still suspended. I have always paid my bills on time and have never missed a payment, so this came as a bit of a surprise to me.


Please could someone reactivate it? Many thanks. I was directed to the collections team but I could not find a live chat option and lines are closed.

How do I do that? I’ve been on live chat and did not get anywhere. Please can someone help me as it has been over 24 hours since I paid the bill.
