When I call 150 and they ask various digits of my password to verify it’s me is it the same password I use to log into the app and my account. If not how on earth do I know what it is. I use the app and never call but I need to call

It is the password you set up with EE.

 

I tend to write it down before calling so I can pick the letters.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

This password may not be the same as your My EE password, it may be something you set up when you first joined EE.

 

If you don't know this, you can let them know and you'll be asked additional security questions.

 

Once you've passed security you can ask for this password to be changed to something you'll remember.
