I live in the middle of nowhere and work with horses.  My main mobile is on a vodafone contract as this is the best signal in my area, However, I have a spare mobile with an EE pay as you go sim to use in emergencies for the rare occasion that he vodafone mast goes down.  I topped it up with £50 in June last year and then realised a couple of months ago that I had no signal.  I found out that because I had not used it EE had deactivated my account.  When I got it working again I had no credit and had to top up again.  Is there anyway of getting my £50 credit back?

Hi @gdp63

Welcome to the community.

Your number would have go into hibernation, it would still be possible to get the number back until you’ve reached 269 days of no chargeable activity. After 273 days the number will be recycled and lost.

If you get in touch with our Customer Care Team they will be able to help you with this.

Thanks.

Leanne.

Hi @Leanne_T I have spoken with customer care and they have re-added my credit.

Thanks
