- Hi all, just received 2 pay and go Sims for my lads but one of them has managed to lock the sim and it's asking for puk code. It's only an old Nokia 2760 flip phone. How do I get the puk code as I can't get into the phone now(with sim in) or would it just be easier to order a new sim. Cheers

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Account Settings / Unlock your SIM.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Is the phone either unlocked or locked to EE?

If the PUK was entered incorrectly 10 times, then you will now need a replacement SIM - that one is now permanently blocked.
If that isn't the case, then as already suggested - the phone maybe locked to another network's SIM. Has the phone been used with an EE SIM before, or which network was it on originally?
Can you try the phone with another EE SIM?
