No data left message but she has 20Gb

I have an unlimited broadband account & I gift my sister 10 or 20Gb every month  but she today started  getting the message No data left" the renewal date is the 20th we have done this lots of times before it has worked ok. Called the shop in Lisburn 5 times and after waiting again and again just get disconnected

ok we can close this issue ; called EE & Chris explained although I have an unlimited package I was not able to gift  any more data until the next reset date & he helped me to sort  out some data so cheers bye

@topendtrev   No EE store is open at the moment so it’s not worth calling them you need to call customer services on 150 anyway as a store can not help you. 
 

have you checked her allowance on your account as her device/allowance is there for you to see. 


 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I checked that first off ; according to EE she has 20Gb of 20Gb left

Are you trying to gift data in the app or online?

 

Could you try a different browser?

 

When was the last time you were able to gift data?
