Hi
I ordered an accessory a couple of days ago. I got the confirnation screen and order number.
Also inputted info for up front cost.
It said I would receive an email and order on its way..
I've had no emails or anything since.
Anyone else had this??

Hi Leanne,
I did what you said and contacted a member of the EE team by phone... They were great on the phone etc and sorted the order... But unfortunately I am still to receive any correspondance and I have no way of checking the progress of this order.. I have paid an up front fee for this now that has left my account..
Could you please advise further?

Did they confirm which email address we have for you? Could you check your spam/junk email folder?
If the money has left your account, the order must have gone through.
