Accessories order

Yesterday I ordered an accessory to be added to my monthly bill received my email to say it's gone through but still no confirmation email or text and I usually get that within a few hours of ordering where do I go from here as my bill is due out soon and I dont want it to be added to my bill without me having the goods?

Hi @Shaylp.

 

Welcome to the community.

 

You'll get a text form DPD on the morning of your delivery.

 

Your accessory won't be added on your bill until it's been dispatched.

Thank you, yes I understand that but curious as when it will be as it's usually same day and arrives next day I'd rather go and buy it, only ordered it as said will receive next day dont want to be waiting days and having to cancel.

 I ordered the xbox bundle... have rang customer service but no luck on it as she couldn't access what she needed to.

Hi Leanne,

 

Yes she said she couldn't access the part online that she needed to and the other team for that department wasnt open by the time we got through, I will try ringing back again see if any more joy.
