I have an iPhone and an Apple Watch s5 on EE.
I can make calls and receive calls on my Apple Watch whilst away from my phone.
one thing I noticed is I can’t access my voicemails via the Apple Watch while away from the phone.
voicemail works fine on the phone and can be accessed via my watch whilst connected to my phone.
is this normal behaviour or do I need to get something adjusted?

Thanks
I just remembered why i dislike ee , becasue of their lack of 'Help & Support'
I just love waiting 30 minutes for Sanchit from "Help & Support" to tell me it was beyond him and i would be receiving a call sometime from Tech Gurus!
As it happens I am also waiting on the phone for someone to answer, it would be amusing if it was Sanchit who picked up the phone1

i think that’s a bit unfair - I have been with all the other major mobile providers in the UK Vodafone, Three and O2 and my experience of EE has been nothing short of a revelation. I have had nothing but trouble with all except EE where the support staff have been friendly, courteous and helpful even in a pandemic having to work from home.

It's not unfair, from my experience of them!
i have just been waiting another 25 minutes for it to be sorted out!
The last person was indeed polite, but that isn't the point, why does it always take so long?
There is simply not enough people for the Help & Support to be effective enough which is why 6008 folk have given ee a 2 out of 5 rating

In my experience all mobile providers don’t have great scores due to the people generally reviewing have a gripe of some sorts..
I hope you get sorted soon.
FYI I called via the EE app, under the help section and ‘call us’ it puts you straight through to the right team.
hope it helps..
