I’ve just changed my SIM to a new cellular iPad mini and I don’t have access to my mobile data. When I go to settings, mobile data there is no EE option and when I choose ‘other’ a scanning window opens up. I’m not sure what I have to scan. I presume the data is not transferred despite using the old SIM card. So not sure what to do.

Was your old SIM on EE too? Does anything come up at all when you do a network search?

I presume it was as my network was EE. If I go to settings EE doesn’t come up so I press other and I’m asked to scan a code I don’t have.
I may just phone EE

Yeah it's probably best to speak to our Mobile Care team so they can check your account and make sure you get what you need, @Lda1
