500MB Data Add On

I’m on pay as you go and use very little data, so the 500mb 30 day add on was perfect for me. However, now I’m only offered 2, 5 and 10gb options. Has the 500mb option been discontinued?

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

They will be able to access your account and see what add-ons are available for you. They will also be able to see if this one is still on your account.
