Been like it for nearly 2 days now, ee trying to fix it but taking their time! Anyone else having this problem? Everything connects fine just no signal so doesn’t work!!!

When was the last time you topped it up or purchased an add-on @Sivek78

Hi @James_B ,
Your coverage checker is saying that I wont get coverage... why is this the case now when it has been working fine? Do I get a new box that does get coverage ?? or a refund???

It was on 3rd of June so I have 20 gb on my account witch I can't use .

No I don't have aEE phone but I can check after work on mine phone as its unlocked.
