Been like it for nearly 2 days now, ee trying to fix it but taking their time! Anyone else having this problem? Everything connects fine just no signal so doesn’t work!!!

I don't work for EE I'm just EE customer like yourself and I'm trying to help you but if you feel that you've already spoken to EE and they are aware of your situation and it's at hand then I suggest you continue down that route.

I'm sorry to hear that, @Dmilton57,
I'd recommend speaking to our Technical Support team again so that they can look into why this still isn't working for you.
Hopefully they can help you get back up and running.

I’m having exactly the same issue... I waited 40mins to contact support and when they EvEnTuAlLy picked up the call dropped due to poor connection and then had no call back!
very frustrating...

Mine wifi mini device have the red light on signal bar ,was working fine then just stop getting any signal ,it's payandgo and I just top up the date and can't use it. I reset it but nothing. Disappointing.
